We know that it can be hard to figure out the right size for your body. If an item doesn't work out and you want to
exchange it, simply send us an email (email@example.com) and we'll help you with it. Returned items must be unworn,
unwashed and with the original tags still attached.
Returns for Refund
If you just aren't satisfied with what you purchased, that's OK. Just contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll help
you with returning the items. As with exchanges, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still
attached. When we receive the original items, we'll refund the original purchase price to your credit card.
To keep things simple, we ask that you return the items to us using the shipping method most convenient for you, paying
the shipping costs upfront. After receiving the items, we will refund the amount you paid for return shipping to your
credit card. We will then send any product exchanges at no cost to you.
We ship from Austin, Texas via the United States Postal Service. We offer First Class Mail as well as Priority Mail for expedited shipping.
If you opt for Free Shipping, we may use First Class Mail or Parcel Post service, depending on the weight of your shipment.
First Class Mail shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days of purchase, depending on where you are located in relation to Austin.
Parcel Post shipments may take a bit longer. When your order is shipped out, we send you a confirmation email with a link to the USPS tracking page.
This link contains your unique USPS tracking number so you'll be able to follow the progress of your shipment.
We offer international shipping via USPS First-Class Mail International. International shipments usually take about 10-14 days, but may take longer depending on customs. Please note that delays in customs are completely out of our control and we cannot predict or prevent them.
