Shipping Information

DOMESTIC:

We ship from Austin, Texas via the United States Postal Service. First Class shipping is $5 - $7, based on the size and weight of the items ordered. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days of your purchase, depending on where you are located. We also offer USPS Priority Mail for expedited shipping, which costs $7-$14 depending on the weight of the order.

Free shipping on any order delivered within the continental United States with a subtotal value of $75 or more. This deal is valid with coupons as well, as long as the subtotal before applied coupons is at least $75. If you select the free shipping option, your package will automatically be sent via USPS First Class Mail if it weighs less than 1 lb., or USPS Parcel Post if it weighs more than 1 lb. (typically orders of 3 items or more will be in the latter category).

Order Tracking:
When your order is shipped out, we send you a confirmation email with a link to the USPS package tracking page. This link contains your USPS tracking number and should automatically work when clicked. If you did not receive this email, please email orders@kuhmillion.com.


INTERNATIONAL:

We offer international shipping via USPS First-Class Mail International. International shipments usually take about 10-14 days, but may take longer depending on customs. Please note that delays in customs are completely out of our control and we cannot predict or prevent them.

Our international shipping rate is $8 for destinations in Canada and Mexico and $15 for all other countries, because that is the best way for us to estimate overseas shipping and make sure it's covered. However, if your package actually costs significantly less to mail (a difference of $2 or more), we will gladly refund you the difference via PayPal.
