Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We love our customers and work very hard to make sure that you're satisfied with your lingerie purchase. If something isn't right, or you're just not happy with what you bought, simply contact us within 30 days
of the date of purchase and we'll happily exchange it for you or give you your money back.
We know that it can be hard to figure out the right size for your body. If you need to exchange something for a different size or color, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help you with it. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached.
Returns for Refund
If you just aren't satisfied with what you purchased, that's OK. Just contact us (email@example.com) and we will help you with packaging up the items and returning them.
As with exchanges, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. When we receive the original items, we will refund the original purchase price and your return shipping to the credit card that was used for the sale.
Please note: All sales of costumes are final.
Due to their seasonal nature, we are unable to accept any returns of costumes, neither for refund nor exchange.
When you contact us for an exchange or refund, we'll help you figure out how to package up the items for return shipment. To keep things simple, we ask that you return the items to us using the shipping method most convenient for you, paying the shipping costs upfront. After receiving the items, we will refund the amount you paid for return shipping to your credit card. We will then send any product exchanges at no cost to you.
